Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
We ship all of our jewelry via DHL Express. As we ship internationally from Spain shipment
times may vary depending on where you are located. We ask that you allow between 2-5
days for delivery of your order.
We do our best at all times to work as expeditiously as we can and wherever possible to
beat our delivery time of 30 days.
Insurance, taxes and duties
Hannah Carnegie covers all standard costs of shipment, insurance, taxes and duties on items shipped to the United States and Europe.
To all other destinations, the customer must be responsible for the payment of taxes and
duties incurred.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns

As all of our creations are bespoke and made to order we do not accept returns. In the rare case that an item has been damaged in shipment or is deemed to be faulty upon receipt we will work with the client to repair the piece. We must be notified of the problem with 48 hours of delivery of the package.

Exchanges

As all pieces are 'made to order' we are unable to offer exchanges on all items.
